152-FZ Personal Data Protection Act Compliance in Russia

The Operator may perform the following actions: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; blocking; deletion; destruction. 3. Processing methods: both with and without the use of automation tools. 4. Purpose of processing: providing services/works to me, including sending notifications related to the services/works provided, preparing and sending responses to my requests, and sending me information about the Operator's events, products, services and works. 5. As the Operator may process my personal data using the 1C-Bitrix24 software, I consent to the Operator assigning the respective processing to 1C-Bitrix LLC (OGRN 5077746476209), registered at: 109544, Moscow, Entuziastov blvd., 2. 6. This consent remains valid until revoked by sending a notice to contact@vfs.consulting or by mail to: 123242, Moscow, Volkov lane, 13 bld. 1, premise 13. 7. If I revoke my consent, the Operator may continue processing my personal data without my consent where grounds provided by Federal Law No. 152-FZ apply.
